World Food Programme (WFP) is the biggest humanitarian organization in the world, which rescues human life in emergency conditions and is using food packages to create a way to achieve peace, stability, and personal welfare during conflicts, disasters, and climate changes. Based on the emergency condition of Afghanistan, WFP is concentrating on rescuing millions of humans in Afghanistan who are in severe danger of hunger and death.
RSDO is proud to distribute monthly food packages to vulnerable people with the financial and technical support of WFP. RSDO is distributing this assistance to poor and vulnerable people in Kohsan, Koshk Kohna, Rabat Sangi, Ghoryan, Zendajan, and Golran in Herat city on monthly basis. “Six million people in Afghanistan are one step away from famine” declares United Nations. Based on the increase in severe poverty and vulnerability of poor families in the country, this assistance is known as a fundamental necessity. RSDO with the cooperation of the World Food Programme (WFP) is always attempting to take emergency and serious actions in poverty alleviation, peace, and social welfare in Afghanistan.
