On May 29, 2024, RSDO distributed Dignity MHM kits to 547 households in the Adraskan district of Herat and 227 households in the Bakwa district of Farah. The kits were provided by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to families affected by flooding in the Herat and Farah provinces. RSDO collaborated with Help Germany to facilitate the distribution process, which was overseen by representatives of Help Germany. The allocation of kits was conducted with careful consideration of household composition, resulting in the distribution of 688 Dignity kits and 360 MHM kits. This coordinated effort demonstrates the commitment of all involved parties to alleviate the humanitarian challenges caused by flooding.
