In its ongoing commitment to community development, the Razi Social Development Organization (RSDO) recently concluded its second training session on December 6th, 2023. This impactful session brought together 20 male participants, expanding on foundational concepts and delving deeper into mediation strategies specifically tailored for male engagement.
The session aimed to equip participants with advanced mediation techniques, empowering them to become effective mediators within their communities. As part of RSDO’s ongoing commitment to positive change, this initiative seeks to foster conflict resolution and community cohesion. Throughout the training sessions, participants underwent an amazing learning experience, gaining valuable information and skills essential for effective mediation in their local communities. The curriculum covered a diverse range of topics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of conflict resolution. Key subjects included conflict and its types, the relationship between conflicts, violation of rights, and social cohesion, analyzing conflicts, tools for conflict analysis, essential principles in conflict resolution, categorization of conflicts in Afghanistan, and methods for conflict resolution along with their essential elements.
