Continuing its commitment to community development, the Razi Social Development Organization (RSDO) recently conducted its first training session in the Injil district on December 4, 2023. The training session, aimed at empowering local communities, saw the active participation of 20 male individuals eager to enhance their mediation skills.
Situated in the heart of Injil district, the session focused on equipping participants with essential mediation techniques to become effective mediators within their respective communities. As part of RSDO’s ongoing efforts to foster positive change, this initiative aims to promote conflict resolution and community cohesion.
The Injil district, like many regions, faces its unique challenges, and the RSDO is dedicated to addressing these issues through targeted training programs. By empowering individuals with mediation skills, the organization hopes to contribute to the overall well-being and harmony of the community.
During the training sessions, participants underwent an intensive learning experience, acquiring the necessary information and skills to become effective mediators in their local communities. The curriculum covered a diverse range of topics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of conflict resolution. Among the key subjects taught were:

  • Relationship between conflicts, Violation of rights, and social cohesion
  • Analyzing the conflict
  • Tools for analyzing conflict
  • Essential principals in resolving conflicts
  • Categorization of conflicts in Afghanistan.
  • Methods for conflict resolution and their essential elements
