In line with its dedication to community development, the Razi Social Development Organization (RSDO) recently held its first training session in Injil district on December 30, 2023. The event drew the participation of 20 men to enhance their mediation skills.
Located at the heart of Injil district, the training focused on providing essential mediation techniques to empower participants as effective mediators within their communities. This initiative is part of RSDO’s ongoing efforts to promote conflict resolution and strengthen community bonds.
During the sessions, participants underwent an immersive learning experience, covering topics such as types of conflicts, the relationship between conflicts and social cohesion, conflict analysis, tools for analyzing conflicts, fundamental principles in conflict resolution, categorization of conflicts in Afghanistan, and methods for conflict resolution.
