RSDO implemented emergency aid from December 2021 to February 2022 in Herat city. In this project 1,400 IDPs and vulnerable families who needed immediate help were identified so that food and cash aids would be distributed to them. The project was funded by International organs Help and ADH which was successfully and transparently implemented by the RSDO in Herat city.
