RSDO with the old and perpetual cooperation of the Help-Germany international organization is always with people in emergency conditions and allocated all of its power and efforts to help the poor and vulnerable people in emergency conditions. Now we have multiple programs in Herat, Ghor, Farah, and Badghis provinces to destroy hunger, create job opportunities and small businesses, and empower vulnerable families, children, and women.
