Women are deprived of education and consequently they lack the capacity to improve their career. RSDO in order to fill the gap has planned a series of capacity building program women in Herat province. We are currently running a project on improving the computer skills of women to be able to use it in the office and other aspects of development. In addition to computer programs we also run some other relevant capacity building programs like interview and job hunting, basic leadership and management, health and hygiene, women roles and rights in Afghan community and etc.
