In collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the RSDO organization distributed essential health packages to 300 needy families in three different districts of Herat province on December 5th and 6th. These items were provided to assist families most affected by the earthquake in Herat.
The distributed packages included backpacks, soap, shampoo, bath towels, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, Vaseline, sanitary napkins, clothing, and women’s scarves, among other essential items for family health and hygiene.
The areas covered by this distribution included the villages of Naqash and Shesh Murda in Injil district, the villages of Lushabak and Ghorghond in Gulran district, and the village of Sheikh Bahlol in Rabat Sangi district, Herat province.
