In its recent activities, RSDO, under project AFG 138-24, distributed cash for food and family kits, targeting the most vulnerable and deprived individuals in the region. A total of 3676 households (25,732 individuals) received aid in the second round of the 2nd cycle distribution. Through collaboration with funding from Help Germany, RSDO successfully conducted the second round of humanitarian aid in Herat, Badghis, Ghor, and Farah provinces. These efforts showcase our commitment to improving living conditions in marginalized areas and highlight the valuable support from our international partners during difficult times. The aid packages included cash-based food and family kits, benefiting eligible beneficiaries in remote and underserved areas of the provinces until August 2025. Assistance was provided to various districts within Herat, Badghis, Ghor, and Farah to meet critical needs among local communities. The impact of these interventions has been significant on the lives of individuals living in impoverished regions. Moving forward, RSDO remains dedicated to maintaining these efforts with support from international organizations, aiming to promote sustainable development and better living standards in disadvantaged areas across Afghanistan. We sincerely thank all contributors involved in this project. Together, we can bring positive change and enhance the well-being of individuals in underprivileged communities.
